• We have been using the services of Carola's Pet Sitting since we got our first Sheltie puppy in 2004. We now have 2 Shelties and Carola and Re have a daily lunch date with the girls. They take care of the girls when we are on vacation too.

To Whom It May Concern:
• I have a cat and two parrots (an African Grey and a Senegal). Although I am not frequently out of town, I do have occasion to leave on vacation from time to time. I am usually gone from a period of a few days to as long as two weeks.
It has been my delight to report that during these absences my pets have been very well cared for. When I return home, they seem very happy and relaxed. The care report which I receive also highlights how they all behaved themselves (very well I must say!). Carola also takes extra care in making sure that they will continued to be cared for if I should happen to be delayed in my return.
Carola and Re are very knowledgeable and experienced in taking care of pets. I feel particularly fortunate as regards my birds, since I think it is hard to find someone who can care for companion birds and offer them the attention they merit.

Now whenever I am out of town, I feel secure in the knowledge that all is ok with my pets.

• I was so relieved and satisfied with Carola’s Pet Sitting services, especially since I have a very shy dog named Emily (lab-chow mix) that really doesn’t warm up to strangers. I also have an older dog that requires up to eight pills a day. Carola was so attentive and loving to my dogs and bonded with Emily the first evening she stayed overnight. The medication was administered as directed. Now when they hear Carola’s car in the driveway, both their tails are wagging.

• I have been acquainted with Carola Hakkert for the last three years. In October 1999 I retained her services as a Professional Pet Sitter. I had a 15-year old dog that could not be left alone (or sleep alone) and four cats. Carola spent two nights at my house. I have no concerns over my privacy or valuables.
